You may Exchange most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for any other item on our site. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect, etc.). We do not accept straight Returns.

We know what its like to want to have something amazing the second you purchase it. But please know we are not an "amazon" size company and we make many of the items here and want them to be perfect when they get to your door. As a small family owned business it takes us a bit longer to get items out the door sometimes.
Shipping is currently delayed. Please allow 7-14 business days for all orders during this period.
Tracking numbers can be found in your account under your orders.
The Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Please note that due to constantly changing shipping option and the current economic environment we reserve the right to change the carrier for your package.
Return Shipping & Handling Charges
Shopping online can be difficult when trying to find the right size or right color that works for you. Sometimes things just don't work out and the fit or fashion is not as perfect a match as you and Cheekys demand. We are a small business so while we are happy to exchange, we are not able to cover shipping.

After your return is sent in according to the return form in the packages we will add a credit to your account that will send an automated email to let you know the credit was applied. We try and processes those returns with in a couple of business days.
We can not promise that your exact item will be available due to selling out but you can use your credit on any product you like that is in stock.
Its not often but we are human and make mistakes in shipping. If that is the case please contact us during business hours by phone and we will get ya all taken care of.
It is the customers responsibilty to provide accurate shipping information. In the event that a shipped item is returned to Cheekys due to address being incorrect, the customer is required to pay additional shipping charges.
Once an order is scanned into the shipping company's system, Cheekys can no longer take responsibility for it.
