Shipping & Returns
You may Exchange most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for any other item on our site. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect, etc.). We do not accept straight Returns.
If you need to exchange an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product. We will respond quickly with instructions.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you request the exchange we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Return Shipping & Handling Charges
Shopping online can be difficult when trying to find the right size or right color that works for you. Sometimes things just don't work out and the fit or fashion is not as perfect a match as you and Cheekys demand. We are a small business so while we are happy to exchange, we are not able to cover shipping. If you have any questions please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We currently have two flat rate Return Shipping options. Consider the size and weight of your item and then choose the most appropriate option:
T-shirts and Small Items.
Hoodies, Multiple Items or Larger Items.
